LITTLE ONE

Little one is back with me as well. She is back to not eating.  So I took her to see what I could do. Out of Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter she started eating. After about an hour of exploring and hidding I gave both Little One and Spatz canned food. Little One ate the whole 3oz can. I gave her another and she gobbled it down too. She ate 6 3oz cans in the first 24 ours. That's about equal to 2 Big Mac's and a medium fry. Little One has now after a few days slowed down but still is eating more then she needs.  I will continue to over feed her so she can put on some much needed weight. This is one of those cats that just does not do well at a shelter. Happy Endings No Kill Cat Shelter has done what I'm doing,  given her plenty to eat, but she only eats when she's out of the shelter. That also doesn't mean she didn't eat at all but not enough to remain healthy. The shelter even tried appetite stimulants and Little One still wouldn't eat. Little One if left to long at the shelter would probably starve herself to death. She needs a home either through adoption (best case) or a fauster home. I can't keep her! I wont keep her! And I will NOT keep taking her back to fatten her up so she can starve herself again. Whatever happens after Little One goes back this time is not my problem.  Will I be upset and angry if she dies? "HELL YES!" But I can't keep taking her. The up and down weight will kill her as well. Little One has a sister who is doing great at the shelter. A matter of fact even better now that Little One is no longer with her. Little One was not eating when she was with her sister Freddy.  They came in with those names. Separate or together Little One needs a home!!!! NOW!!!!! Or she will most likely die. That sounds ominous and could be stated more tactfully but then again, I like the straight forward.  LETS FIND HER A FUCKING HOME!!! Save the nice shit for the funeral!
