WANT TO HELP? www.HappyEndings.us

Are you worn out? Tired of relationships that you give more then get? Do you want someone there just for you? Someone that won't criticize your life? So the dishes aren't done, dust everywhere and your not sure where the vacuum is? Consider a cat! They are low maintenance. Food and a clean litter box (5 minutes work tops) is all they require. A cat returns love! Not unconditional love, but true love all the same! The condition is you must love and treat them with kindness! Treat an animal like crap and they will be crap!

SPATZ

Spatz got a treat. I saw a tuna fish snack pack at a truck stop. So I thought I'd treat Spatz and Little One.  I gave a small piece to Spatz and wow! Her eyes lit up and she kept licking her lips. Then I had a great idea, why not put a piece on the tip of my fingers and get her "eating out of the palm of my hand". I had some on the tip of my fingers and slowly moved towards her. Spatz's tuong kept licking h9er lips. I stopped a few inches from her mouth.  She just sat there eyeing the food and me. Then wham! Spatz went for it. My good idea turned into a bad idea. Like the old game "Hungry Hungry Hippo" she lunged. Hep arm and head flew forward.  Her claws dug into my up turned wrist and her jaws locked onto the tuna fish and my fingers. I pulled my hand back as she pulled away. I grabbed for paper towels to catch the blood now poring from my fingers and wrist and she happily ate the treat. I was pissed! Spatz kept licking her lips looking very smug and content. She moved slightly towards me in anticipation of more tuna fish. As if I was giving her more after biting me. So I gave some to Little One and ya then I through some to Spatz.
Having Little One in the truck is not helping to get Spatz friendly.  They don't fight but they are not friends ether.  She now moves around the truck more. Still stays well away from me, but does eat and use the litter box while I'm driving and when I leave for awhile I've come back to see her on the dash looking at the world.
